Trading Operations Officer (Shift Rotation)
to join our team.

Your role at HFM:

  • Monitor the performance and stability of all trading systems and platforms to ensure uninterrupted market access.
  • Track client trading activity to identify unusual patterns or potential risks to the company.
  • Manage trading schedules by overseeing global market holidays and preparing relevant operational adjustments.
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries related to trade execution and pricing in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuously monitor corporate actions (e.g., dividends, stock splits, spin-offs) and ensure accurate reflection on trading platforms.
  • Maintain and update trading-related content on the company's website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Support the testing and implementation of new financial instruments, system enhancements, or technology updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments by providing accurate and timely support on trading-related matters.
  • Assist with tasks related to the company's affiliate program, ensuring seamless coordination and operational support.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trading operations.
  • Willingness and ability to work on a structured 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
  • CySEC Advanced Certification will be considered a strong advantage.

Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
