About Your Role
We are looking for a User Acquisition expert to join the marketing team of our flagship mobile project, Hero Wars: Alliance, to drive new user growth across AppLovin, Google, and Meta channels.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across advertising networks to increase our player base and improve marketing performance. The role involves analytics, close collaboration with partners and internal teams, as well as identifying growth opportunities through hypotheses and experiments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing user acquisition campaigns for Hero Wars on AppLovin / Google / Meta
• Maintaining and optimizing existing channels
• Building relationships with advertising platform partners, managing reporting, and coordinating joint projects
• Collaborating with internal teams (creative, analytics, tech), setting tasks, finding solutions together, and applying insights to campaign management
• Identifying growth opportunities by generating hypotheses and running experiments

We hope that you have

• Deep understanding of UA metrics and tools
• Experience managing traffic acquisition for mobile games on one or more channels (AppLovin / Google / Meta); experience with both Android and iOS will be an advantage
• Proven track record of launching channels from scratch
• Ability to set up, analyze, and optimize campaigns and creatives, work with KPIs, and run experiments
• Understanding of mobile game monetization models (ads, IAP, subscriptions), genre specifics, and how product features affect UA
• Knowledge of auction mechanics and optimization levers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, draw accurate conclusions, and apply findings
• English at B2+ level, capable of effective communication with channel managers and internal teams
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented mindset
