About the Opportunity

PEOPLE HUNT is hiring a strong, hands-on CRM Lead for a global technology provider in the iGaming industry. This company empowers online casino operators with everything they need to launch and grow - combining operational expertise with innovative marketing and product solutions.

As CRM Lead, you'll take ownership of execution, team coordination, and process optimization - playing a key role in scaling the CRM function as the company continues to grow internationally.

Your Mission

As CRM Lead, you will:

  • Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app.

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of CRM specialists or executives.

  • Lead the operational execution of retention and reactivation initiatives.

  • Translate lifecycle stages and user behavior into clear campaign flows and journeys.

  • Own and improve CRM workflows, processes, and internal tools usage.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (analytics, product, content, design).

  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, deliver actionable insights, and continuously improve performance.

  • Ensure full compliance with marketing and data regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention - ideally in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or other regulated B2C industries.

  • Proven experience leading or managing CRM teams and improving team workflows and effectiveness.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).

  • Deep understanding of user segmentation, personalization, automation, and funnel optimization.

  • Excellent organizational and process management skills - able to balance multiple projects and priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns and present performance insights.

  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills; able to work cross-functionally and remotely.

  • A proactive, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset.
