Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for an Accountant located in Limassol Municipality with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Accountant will handle daily accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing tax filings, and supporting audits. Attention to detail and adherence to professional standards are essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in general accounting, financial reporting, and accounts reconciliation
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and preparation of tax filings
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Experience in international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred
