Purpose of the Role

As part of the company's continued expansion, we are seeking a
Mid-Level Accountant
to support the finance function across a dynamic group of companies.

. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of accounting and financial operations while working closely with experienced finance professionals who will support your career growth.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain
    daily accounting records
    with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process and record
    payments, invoices, and bank transactions
    .
  • Assist with
    VAT and tax returns
    , ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Support the
    month-end closing process
    and preparation of management reports.
  • Liaise with auditors and contribute to
    year-end audit preparation
    .
  • Assist senior team members in improving internal accounting procedures and controls.
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements.

What You Bring

  • Degree in
    Accounting, Finance, Economics
    , or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting (experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or FX is an advantage but not essential).
  • Basic understanding of
    VAT, tax, and financial reporting principles
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Microsoft Excel
    and
    MS Office
    tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with
    BTMS
    or similar accounting software will be considered an advantage.
