. We work with merchants (including ecommerce), PSPs and Acquirers across high-risk industries and provide seamless solutions tailored to their needs.
As we expand, we are looking for a
Head of Sales
to lead our growth efforts globally. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution: building the sales process, generating new business, and closing strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:
Identify and acquire new clients, including merchants and payment service providers, across Europe and the US.
·
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Build the sales function from the ground up, define go-to-market strategy, and implement scalable processes.
·
Full Sales Cycle Management:
Own the pipeline from prospecting to closing, including outreach, demos, negotiation, and deal closure.
·
CRM & Funnel Management:
Establish and maintain effective sales tracking systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
·
Relationship Management:
Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in the payments and e-commerce ecosystem.
·
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with senior leadership (CEO, CBDO, and product teams) to align sales strategy with company goals.
Requirements
·
Experience:
5+ years in sales within
payments, chargeback management, fraud prevention, or e-commerce
, with a proven record of closing deals.
·
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the European and/or US payments ecosystem (PSPs, acquirers, high-risk merchants).
·
Sales Leadership:
Experience building a sales process or team from scratch, with hands-on execution ability.
·
Commercial Acumen:
Strong negotiation skills, deal-making ability, and a consultative sales approach.
·
Tools:
Proficiency with CRMs and pipeline management.
·
Location:
Based in
Europe or the US
, with flexibility to travel if required.
