We are looking to hire a Financial Assistant to join our Head Office in Nicosia.

Financial Assistant Job Description:

We are looking for a Financial Assistant to support our financial department. The responsibilities of a financial assistant include processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.

To be successful as a financial assistant, you should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software. Ultimately, a top-notch finance assistant should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.

Responsibilities:


• Processing and Drafting of Financial Statements


• Monitoring Customer Accounts


• Creating, Sending and Tracking invoices


• Collecting and Reviewing Data for reports


• Reviewing and Performing audits of financial statements and reports


• Reporting discrepancies


• Preparing Payments for Employees

Requirements:


• Degree in Accounting or Finance


• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting Software


• Knowledge of bookkeeping


• Good Organizational Skills


• Detail – oriented


• Excellent Time Management Skills
