Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices in
Nicosia and Limassol
, is seeking to recruit a talented and driven
Civil & Commercial Litigation Lawyer
to join their expanding legal team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer with at least
2 years of post-qualification experience
to work on a diverse caseload, including complex civil and commercial disputes, for both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of
  civil and commercial litigation
  matters, including contract disputes, corporate conflicts, and claims involving financial institutions.
• Represent clients in
  District Courts and other judicial bodies
  across Cyprus.
• Prepare legal pleadings, witness statements, and conduct legal research.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with Cyprus law and court procedures.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Support senior lawyers and partners on high-value or complex litigation matters.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Lawyer in Cyprus
  , in good standing with the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
  in civil and commercial litigation.
• Solid understanding of Cypriot civil procedure and court systems.
• Strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of
  Greek and English
  , both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
