Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.
The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
- Cleans and disinfects kitchen and dining areas.
- Washes dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.
- Wipes and dusts surfaces in offices and bathrooms, and cleans mirrors.
- Vacuums and cleans floors, furniture, etc.
- Picks up and empties trash containers.
- Stocks and maintains supply rooms.
- Cooperates with the rest of the staff
- Follows all health and safety regulations.
- Νotifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Being detail-oriented and thorough.
- Having Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of employees.
- Being knowledgeable of cleaning chemicals, supplies and materials.
- Demonstrating integrity
Education and Experience:
- Proven working experience as a Cleaner, 1 year minimum, preferably in a commercial/office setting
- Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.
- Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in Greek to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
- Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English will be considered as an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 kgs at times.
