Associate Lawyer / Senior Lawyer – Corporate & Financial Services (m/f/d)

Location: Larnaca / Nikosia, Cyprus

Our client is a MiCAR-regulated, fast-growing company operating at the intersection of digital assets, financial services and technology, with a strong European footprint. To strengthen the legal team in Cyprus, we are hiring lawyers across two seniority levels.

Your Responsibilities – depending on seniority:

  • Advising on corporate and commercial law matters
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
  • Handling corporate administration and governance topics
  • Working closely with management, internal teams and external advisors

For Senior Level roles:

  • Advising on financial services regulation (MiFID II, MiCAR, AIFMD, funds)
  • Acting as a key legal contact for regulatory matters
  • Supporting the development of internal legal and compliance frameworks

Your Profile:

Associate Lawyer (2–4 years PQE):

  • Cyprus qualification is mandatory
  • Strong background in corporate and commercial law
  • Exposure to corporate administration is a plus
  • Interest in financial services or digital assets preferred

Senior Lawyer (5–8 years PQE):

  • Cyprus qualification is mandatory
  • Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Solid knowledge of financial services regulation (MiFID II, MiCAR, AIFMD, funds)
  • CySEC Advanced Exam preferred; willingness to complete it if not yet achieved
  • Independent and structured working style
