Financial Controller (Οικονομικός Ελεγκτής) Ξενοδοχειακή Μονάδα (Λεμεσός)

Αναζητούμε έναν/μία αφοσιωμένο/η και έμπειρο/η Financial Controller για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας στη Λεμεσό. Ο ρόλος είναι υπεύθυνος για την επίβλεψη όλων των λογιστικών, οικονομικών και χρηματοοικονομικών δραστηριοτήτων του ξενοδοχείου, δισφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των αναφορών, τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανονισμούς και την αποτελεσματική οικονομική διαχείριση. Ο/Η Financial Controller αναφέρεται απευθείας στον/στην Hotel Manager.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες (Hard Skills Focus)

Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για:

  • Financial Reporting: Προετοιμασία ακριβών και έγκαιρων μηνιαίων, τριμηνιαίων και ετήσιων οικονομικών καταστάσεων (P&L, Balance Sheet) σύμφωνα με τα ΔΛΠ/ΔΠΧΑ.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Συνεργασία με τη διοίκηση για την κατάρτιση και παρακολούθηση του ετήσιου προϋπολογισμού και των οικονομικών προβλέψεων (forecasting).
  • Cost Control & Analysis: Ανάλυση κόστους, εντοπισμός αποκλίσεων και παροχή στρατηγικών προτάσεων για βελτίωση της κερδοφορίας και της λειτουργικής αποδοτικότητας.
  • Internal Controls: Δημιουργία και διατήρηση συστήματος εσωτερικού ελέγχου για τη διασφάλιση της ορθής διαχείρισης των περιουσιακών στοιχείων και της συμμόρφωσης.
  • Tax & Compliance: Διασφάλιση της πλήρους συμμόρφωσης με τη φορολογική νομοθεσία και τις λογιστικές απαιτήσεις της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
  • Cash Flow Management: Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση ταμειακών ροών.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα 

  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικής ή Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων.
  • Τουλάχιστον 3-5 έτη προϋπηρεσίας ως Financial Controller, κατά προτίμηση στον κλάδο της φιλοξενίας (ξενοδοχεία).
  • Επαρκής γνώση των Διεθνών Λογιστικών Προτύπων (ΔΛΠ/ΔΠΧΑ).
  • Άριστη γνώση λογιστικών προγραμμάτων (ERP systems) και MS Excel (advanced level).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Επιθυμητή η κατοχή επαγγελματικού τίτλου (π.χ. ACCA, CPA).

  • Διαπροσωπικές & Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες: Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με όλα τα τμήματα και τη διοίκηση.
  • Οργανωτικές Ικανότητες: Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών προθεσμιών.
