Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Management:

·      Develop and implement financial strategy for the group of companies.

·      Forecast cash flows and build financial models.

·      Participate in pricing policy formation and evaluate investment projects.

Optimization and Control:

·      Manage costs, including production in foreign jurisdictions.

·      Consolidate financial flows from different jurisdictions and legal entities into a unified system.

·      Optimize tax burden and expenses on an international scale.

Business Development:

·      Provide financial support for expansion into new international markets.

·      Attract investments, including in Islamic countries.

·      Secure government incentives and preferential treatment in various jurisdictions.

Reporting Management and Transparency:

·      Ensure data reliability for the business owner and top management.

·      Implement and control international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

·      Automate processes (SAP, 1C, BI systems).

Leadership and Collaboration:

·      Act as a financial partner to the business owner.

·      Proactively identify growth opportunities and propose solutions.

·      Build effective collaboration with other top managers without involving the owner.

Requirements
:

Experience:

·      Minimum 5 years in senior financial leadership roles within international companies.

·      Proven success in implementing IFRS.

·      Experience in establishing international treasury functions (managing cash inflows).

·      Experience in tax optimization for multi-jurisdictional businesses.

·      Background in FMCG, retail, and manufacturing is preferred.

·      Practical experience in attracting foreign investments, including in Islamic countries.

Skills:

·      In-depth knowledge of international corporate taxation.

·      Proficiency with SAP, 1C (Complex Automation), and BI tools.

·      Systemic thinking and ability to find non-standard solutions.

·      Diplomatic yet persistent in defending one's position.

·      Strategic mindset, results-oriented.

·      Ability to work in an international environment.
