As an Anti-Fraud Officer, you will be at the forefront of protecting our organisation against trading and transactional abuse. Your role will involve maintaining fraud prevention strategies, focusing on the analysis of suspicious behaviours and patterns within trading & transactional data. Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and investigating potential trading and transactional abuse.
  • Assist in identifying existing and future fraud risks
  • Monitor and analyse client transactions to identify patterns indicative of potential fraud or suspicious activity.
  • Investigate transactional anomalies and report confirmed cases to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Customer Support, and Payments) to ensure timely and effective fraud prevention measures.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of internal fraud detection systems, controls, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations and findings.
  • Contribute to the creation of policies and staff training related to fraud awareness and prevention.
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of fraud-related reporting and dashboards.
Requirments
  • Experience in monitoring trading activity, identifying suspicious patterns, or a related role within a CFD broker, fintech, or financial services company.
  • Solid understanding of fraud typologies, risk indicators, and transaction monitoring techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and report-writing skills in English.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
  • SQL and/or Python knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance,   Mathematics, Statistics, Economics,Data Science) preferred.
