Our client is a fast-growing fintech company delivering innovative payment solutions for international markets. Their mission is to empower merchants and customers worldwide through secure, user-friendly financial technologies.


Why This Role Exists

You are joining a rapidly scaling fintech company to define the future of global payment solutions. We need a visionary leader to bridge the gap between high-level product strategy and on-the-ground merchant operations. This is your opportunity to build a 24/7 support infrastructure and launch new storefront lines that directly drive our client's international expansion.

What You'll Drive

  • Define and execute the roadmap for our core platform and new product lines through Q4 2025 and beyond

  • Build and lead a 24/7 Merchant Support Team, ensuring strict adherence to 30-minute response SLAs

  • Oversee the delivery of three new storefront types by the end of 2025 to capture new market segments

  • Establish robust processes for handling merchant inquiries, chargeback disputes, and anti-fraud collaboration

  • Manage the migration of the storefront team to a modern WordPress stack to improve delivery efficiency

  • Unify operations for content, merchandising, and test purchases to ensure a seamless merchant experience


Who You Are

  • 5+ years in senior product roles (CPO, Head of Product) within fintech, payments, or e-commerce

  • Deep understanding of merchant operations, dispute processes, and anti-fraud mechanisms

  • Proven ability to define product vision and execute strategy in high-growth environments

  • Strong expertise in platform architecture and storefront systems

  • Experience mentoring and scaling cross-functional teams, from technical product managers to support staff

  • Advanced English (C1+) with the ability to lead strategic workshops with executive stakeholders


How You'll Work

You will sit on the executive leadership team, working directly with other stakeholders to align business objectives with product reality. You have the autonomy to shape the product organization, collaborating closely with technology, operations, and compliance teams to ensure secure and scalable delivery.
