Data Analyst - Forex Industry

Limassol, Cyprus

We are seeking a
hands-on and proactive Data Analyst
to join a leading Forex company based in Limassol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, data-driven environment where you will play a key role in transforming complex information into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you are passionate about data, visualization, and the Forex/Fintech industry, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
  • Perform ETL processes - extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using Power Query and DAX.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and actionable insights.
  • Continuously improve reporting accuracy, data modelling, and dashboard performance.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all data sources.
  • Act as a Power BI expert, mentoring colleagues and promoting best practices in visualization and storytelling.
  • Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to optimize BI infrastructure.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration from sources such as SQL Server, Excel, and APIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Azure, SQL, Python, or other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience automating workflows is an advantage.
