Role Summary

Are you a tech-savvy Data Analyst ready to tackle complex challenges and make a real impact? Join our team and play a key role in developing the infrastructure and analytics that drive regulatory compliance and empower smarter business decisions.

We're on the lookout for data professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about turning data into actionable insights. In this role, you'll work closely with compliance and regulatory teams to deliver solutions that keep us ahead in a rapidly evolving global financial landscape.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end compliance analytics infrastructure
  • Develop robust BI pipelines and data transformation processes
  • Create impactful dashboards and reports to support regulatory needs
  • Deliver strategic analysis and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and meet data-driven compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role
  • Strong SQL skills, with solid technical understanding
  • Experience using Python for data analysis (or a willingness to self-learn quickly)
  • Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Up to date with latest trends in emerging technologies & tools, and how to apply them in data tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning

Highly advantageous

  • Experience with Databricks or Microsoft Azure Data Lake
