About the Role

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the Funding & Payments domain, responsible for all payment integrations, deposit and withdrawal flows, and the overall funding experience across web and mobile.

This role owns the end-to-end roadmap of how clients move funds into and out of the ecosystem — from onboarding and payment method setup to transaction execution and reconciliation.

You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, BA, Compliance, Project Managers, and Data teams to ensure every flow is fast, transparent, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for funding and payment systems, including deposits, withdrawals, and transaction tracking.
• Manage payment provider integrations (PSPs, banks, crypto gateways, internal ledgers) and ensure stability, scalability, and compliance.
• Design and optimize funding user journeys to improve conversion, reduce friction, and maintain transparency.
• Define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for payment features, reconciliations, and status monitoring.
• Collaborate with compliance and business teams to ensure all flows meet AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with QA and tech leads to validate integrations and guarantee robust error handling and transaction recovery.
• Coordinate with data analytics to monitor success rates, transaction times, and user behavior in payment flows.
• Continuously benchmark payment experiences against leading competitors.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in fintech, payments, or trading platforms.
• Proven expertise in payment integrations, PSP onboarding, and transaction management systems.
• Deep understanding of deposit, withdrawal, and reconciliation flows.
• Familiarity with payment orchestration, wallet systems, and fund segregation models.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams: tech, QA, compliance, finance, PMs, and analytics.
• Strong technical understanding to coordinate effectively on API-level integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; structured approach to backlog and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, ClickUp, Figma).

Nice to Have

• Experience in CFD.
• Familiarity with settlement processes, chargeback management, or risk mitigation systems.
• Exposure to multi-currency wallets, crypto transactions, and payment reconciliation tools.
• Understanding of regional and global payment landscapes (EU, MENA, LATAM).
