The Business Operations Professional drives operational excellence across Amdocs SaaS Operations, bridging business, technical, and financial aspects to ensure efficient execution, asset management, and strategic scaling of operations.

What will your job look like?

• Operational Governance: Drive cross-functional alignment across SaaS Operations teams (engineering, delivery, finance, and product) to ensure consistent operational execution and reporting.
• FinOps & Cost Optimization: Partner with finance and cloud teams to monitor, forecast, and optimize cloud costs; maintain visibility on spend, usage, and savings opportunities.
• Asset & Inventory Management: Own SaaS asset management processes (licenses, subscriptions, and infrastructure) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead or support strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are tracked and achieved on time.
• Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for SaaS operations efficiency, cost, and utilization.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in operational processes and implement improvements to enhance agility, transparency, and scalability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams — ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with strategic goals.

All you need is...

• Experience: 5+ years in business operations, project management, or SaaS/Cloud operations roles.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure are preferred).
• FinOps or Cloud Cost Management experience is a major advantage.
• Asset or License Management experience strongly preferred as this will be one of the responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading or coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• FinOps certification a real advantage.
