Why we need you: You'll drive our sustainability efforts by powering key ESG, VSME, and CSRD reporting, coordinating environmental data, and supporting clear communication across the company. You'll also champion a safe workplace and help us meet ISO 14001 standards. Your work will be essential in strengthening our environmental performance and moving our organisation forward.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Environmental & Sustainability Compliance

• Act
  as the Environmental Management Representative.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with ISO 14001, including recordkeeping, implementation, and
  preparation for internal and external audits.
  
• Monitor
  and maintain all environmental aspects of the Integrated Management System
  (IMS).
  
• Ensure
  continuous alignment with ISO 14001 requirements across all relevant
  operations.
  
• Identify
  applicable environmental regulations and ensure company compliance.
  
• Oversee
  office Health & Safety (H&S) matters and ensure compliance with
  statutory obligations.
  
• Prepare
  environmental performance reports, monitor KPIs, and contribute to
  management review inputs.
  

ESG / VSME / CSRD Reporting

• Collect,
  verify, and consolidate ESG, VSME- and CSRD-related data from suppliers.
  
• Coordinate
  creation of charts, reports, and sustainability presentations.
  
• Support
  development of sustainability initiatives aligned with international
  frameworks.
  
• Develop,
  distribute, and manage supplier sustainability questionnaires required for
  VSME, ESG, and CSRD reporting.
  
• Collect
  and validate supplier responses to ensure accuracy and completeness of
  sustainability datasets.
  
• Coordinate
  with internal and external teams to create Power BI dashboards and charts
  using supplier sustainability data.
  
• Prepare
  complete and accurate reports and statistical analysis based on collected
  supplier data and internal KPIs.
  

Training, Webinars & Awareness

• Manage
  sustainability-related training sessions for clients, employees and suppliers
• Assist
  in planning and delivering webinars (environmental, ESG-related,
  compliance-focused).
  
• Promote
  environmental awareness and identify training needs across the company.
  
• Conduct
  in-house trainings on environmental topics such as recycling.
  
• Participate
  in creating and delivering podcasts on sustainability and environmental
  topics.
  
• Collaborate
  with the Marketing Team to produce sustainability-related social media
  content, including videos, photos, and awareness material.
  
  

Supplier & Waste Management

• Act
  as liaison with suppliers on environmental and sustainability
  requirements.
  
• Approve
  suppliers and maintain documentation in line with ISO requirements.
  
• Conduct
  supplier audits with the Quality Assurance Manager/Officer.
  
• Coordinate
  waste management and recycling initiatives at the office.
  
• Maintain
  environmental performance and waste-related records.
  
• Organise
  and promote company-led environmental campaigns and activities.

Internal Coordination & IMS Support

• Assist
  the Quality Assurance Manager in updating IMS Manuals.
• Report
  and investigate environmental non-conformities and support implementation
  of corrective actions.
• Support
  emergency response team activities.
• Ensure
  environmental responsibilities are communicated across all departments.
• Prepare
  reports, proposals, and presentations for management.

Health & Safety (Office)

• Lead
  and coordinate the monthly Health & Safety Committee meetings.
  
• Ensure
  that the office Risk Assessments are properly implemented, maintained, and
  all identified risks are addressed.
  
• Coordinate
  and oversee all office emergency drills (fire, evacuation, etc.).

You need these qualifications and attributes:

• Fluent
  in English (written & verbal)
• Holder
  of ISO 14001 qualification
  
• Bachelor's
  or Master's degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Environmental
  Engineering, or related field
  
• Strong
  understanding of environmental regulations, standards, and frameworks
  (e.g., ISO 14001)
  
• Excellent
  analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills
  
• Strong
  communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Passion
  for sustainability and continuous improvement
  
• Strong
  organizational skills and computer literacy
