Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, engaging, and detail-oriented
Training and Procedural Compliance Officer
to join our
Safer Gambling and AML Risk Team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a natural enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, and excellent attention to detail. You will play a key part in ensuring our team is well-informed, well-trained, and supported with up-to-date resources and clear procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain training materials that are clear, engaging, and aligned with team needs.
  • Deliver training sessions (both group and one-to-one) across the team and provide interdepartmental training when required.
  • Ensure that all training content and reference materials available to the team remain accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Maintain training records and logs to track participation, progress, and completion.
  • Provide structured feedback on training sessions to the Training and Procedural Compliance Coordinator.
  • Work closely with and report to the Training and Procedural Compliance Coordinator.
  • Manage procedural tasks as delegated by the Training and Procedural Compliance Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of the team
