About the Company

We are a well-established, global Forex company with offices worldwide. Our Cyprus office is growing, and we are currently looking for German-speaking Retention Agents to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional, fast-paced, and supportive environment within one of the industry's leading financial services groups.



Requirements Requirements

  • Fluent in German (native or near-native level).

  • Strong level of English for internal communication.

  • Previous experience in Retention / Sales / Account Management within the Forex industry is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Goal-driven and self-motivated, with a strong customer focus.

  • Must be currently based in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing German-speaking clients.

  • Maintain ongoing communication via phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Upsell additional services and encourage continued investment activity.

  • Provide guidance on the company's platforms, promotions, and financial products.

  • Ensure high levels of client engagement and loyalty by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed retention targets.
