Position: FX Sales Retention Agent( English,French, German, Italian, Dutch,Spanish,Arabic)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the company's products and services

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers

Increase chances of future sales

Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any given moment

Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in English+ any language welcome

Previous Retention experience in the Forex Industry is mandatory

Computer savviness

Ability to work with deadlines & targets

Management and mathematics skills

Great objection-handling skills.
