Job Description

About This Job:

This is a temporary role covering maternity leave for a period of 2 years.

As a Compliance Operations Coordinator, you will support the global standardisation of Data Acquisition processes and drive measurable improvements in compliance against defined targets. The role involves monitoring KPIs, managing data workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and monitor compliance across assigned areas using defined KPIs
  • Standardize processes based on team activities and global guidelines
  • Collect, transfer, and process data from systems and databases
  • Share compliance results with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor improvement initiatives
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to track progress and ensure alignment

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – minimum B2 level
  • Good Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently, understand processes, and take ownership of tasks
