Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site
role for a
Data Analyst
, located in
Nicosia
.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. The role involves building reports/dashboards, identifying trends, and collaborating with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday,
07:00–08:30 until 15:00–16:30

Qualifications

  • At minimum, a
    Bachelor's degree
    (or College Diploma) in
    Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business IT
    , or a related field.
  • At least
    one (1) year
    of relevant work experience in
    data analysis / reporting / BI
    after obtaining the required academic qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Excel
    (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation, charts).
  • Good knowledge of
    SQL
    (queries, joins, aggregations).
  • Experience with
    Power BI
    and/or
    Tableau
    will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with
    data cleaning
    and data quality checks.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in the Greek language
    (English is an advantage).

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and process data from multiple sources (databases, Excel files, internal systems).
  • Perform
    data cleansing
    , de-duplication, and consistency checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain
    dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reports
    for management and business teams.
  • Write and optimize
    SQL queries
    to extract and analyze datasets.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and provide recommendations based on insights.
  • Support business units with ad-hoc analysis and decision support.
  • Collaborate with IT / Product / Operations teams to define reporting needs and improve data availability.
  • Document metrics, definitions, and reporting procedures.
