Наш клиент  - крупный международный холдинг в сфере гейминга с более чем 5-летней историей. Компания активно развивает направления B2B и B2C, представлена на всех континентах и включает более 50 специализированных департаментов. На фоне устойчивого роста и высокой внутренней экспертизы холдинг запускает новый продукт и ищет CEO, который возьмёт на себя полную ответственность за стратегию, запуск, развитие и финальный результат проекта.

Название бренда находится под NDA и будет раскрыто на последующих этапах после подписания соглашения о конфиденциальности.

Задачи:

  • Построение структуры проекта с нуля

  • Разработка продуктовой и маркетинговой стратегии

  • Формирование команды и найм ключевых специалистов

  • Полное управление бизнес-процессами - от легала до релиза

  • Анализ рынка, конкурентной среды, юрисдикций и платёжных решений

  • Контроль продуктовой разработки, приоритизация и управление бизнес-требованиями

  • Ответственность за P&L, бизнес-показатели и ключевые метрики

  • Определение целевых рынков и роадмапа выхода

  • Развитие партнёрской сети, управление рисками

  • Регулярная отчётность перед COO холдинга

Ожидания от кандидата:

  • Опыт в роли CEO или COO в сфере gaming

  • Успешный опыт запуска продукта с нуля и его масштабирования

  • Управление кросс-функциональной командой от 50 человек

  • Знание специфики продвижения на рынках США и особенностей юрисдикций

  • Понимание продуктовых и бизнес-метрик (MAU, DAU, LTV, Retention, ARPU и др.)

  • Глубокие знания в области compliance, лицензирования и правового регулирования

  • Сильное стратегическое и продуктовое мышление

  • Умение работать в условиях неопределённости и принимать ответственные решения

  • Развитые лидерские и коммуникативные навыки, ориентация на результат
