We are looking for a Project Manager to join a fast-paced AI-focused team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in a high-growth, zero-bureaucracy startup environment. You'll be responsible for driving key product and marketing initiatives that directly impact user retention, monetization, and business performance. This is not a traditional corporate PM position — you'll work closely with founders, engineering, marketing, and design to execute growth-critical projects with speed and autonomy.

Role is base in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire project lifecycle — from concept to delivery and measurable impact
  • Prioritize tasks based on their contribution to revenue, retention, and product performance
  • Launch and iterate on growth experiments (funnels, monetization features, gamification, retention loops)
  • Track and optimize key metrics: MRR, ARPU, conversion rate, churn, retention
  • Execute rapid A/B testing cycles — test ideas, scale winning experiments
  • Act as a cross-functional coordinator: remove blockers, align timelines, keep momentum
  • Collaborate daily with product, marketing, and design to implement growth initiatives
  • Stay flexible and ready to shift priorities based on emerging business opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in project or product management, preferably in fast-paced startups
  • Proven track record of owning growth-related features or funnels with measurable results
  • Strong analytical mindset — fluent in KPIs, revenue modeling, and retention tracking
  • High autonomy and bias for action — comfortable making decisions and pushing projects forward without micromanagement
  • Hands-on experience working closely with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, design)
  • Fluent English (B2+ level) is a must, Fluent Russian would be considered a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
