As a Talent Sourcer, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities. We're growing fast and looking for someone who's motivated, experienced, and ready to be a key player in our expansion journey.

• Source and identify high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles

• Prepare detailed position specifications in collaboration with hiring managers and clients

• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability

• Compile comprehensive candidate profiles, including CVs, references, and assessments

• Manage candidate communication and maintain a positive candidate experience

• Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders

• Support candidates throughout the hiring process from first contact to placement

• Stay on top of market trends, industry developments, and networking opportunities

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in agency or in-house environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
