Talent Sourcer

We're looking for a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to take full ownership of hiring — from sourcing the right candidates to running an effective recruitment process. You'll help grow our core team across development, game design, art, and other key roles, working closely with the CEO and team leads.

• Own full-cycle hiring for dev, design, art, and other key roles

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, role-specific platforms, and relevant communities

• Conduct outreach and first-touch interviews

• Manage pipelines and track progress in Ashby

• Define hiring needs with leads and shape job briefs

• Keep the candidate experience fast, personal, and professional

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (game dev or tech)

• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-Ray search techniques

• Confidence in proactive outreach and candidate screening

• Understanding of game development pipelines and team structure
