An international homeware retail group of companies, located in Limassol, is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic and well-established team. The company specializes in premium Italian fittings and furnishings, delivering high-end interior solutions to both private and commercial clients.As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication, efficient execution, and exceptional results. You will also play a proactive role in optimizing project workflows, recommending improvements, and maintaining high operational standards across the business.

Job Description

  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Communicate project goals clearly across departments (design, ordering, logistics, installation, and delivery).
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and Gantt charts to track progress.
  • Manage changes in scope, schedules, and costs using approved project control techniques.
  • Oversee client communication, ensuring expectations are met and satisfaction maintained.
  • Monitor performance and project milestones to ensure successful delivery.
  • Build and sustain relationships with vendors, workshops, and third-party suppliers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all projects.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, verify measurements, and coordinate with the design team for accurate orders.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director on scheduling, deliveries, and installation programs.
  • Supervise installations, perform quality inspections, and oversee final project handovers.
  • Conduct and document Technical Inspections (TIs) and coordinate any necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within interior design, furniture, or construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project coordination, site inspections, and installation processes.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Greek, with exceptional communication and client management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and general digital documentation tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven approach to work.
