SCOPE OF JOB
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing electrical systems of commercial kitchen, and beverage equipment to all outlets within Columbia Restaurants Co. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment within the Columbia restaurants kitchens, including our facilities equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections of kitchen equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
  • Perform maintenance/repair of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
  • Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection)

Requirements
Level of Experience

  • Proven experience as maintenance technician
  • Additional experience on the field will be considered as an advantage

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in the operation and use of equipment and tools common to kitchen equipment maintenance and repair
  • A working knowledge and hands-on experience with drive systems (gear, belt and chain), bearings, flexible couplings, centrifugal pumps, valves and valve actuators
  • A working knowledge and hands-on experience with plumbing, steam and electrical systems
