Описание позиции:

Бизнес-ассистент — это ключевой специалист, обеспечивающий эффективную организацию работы отдела и руководителя. Главная цель — освободить руководителя от рутинных и административных задач, позволяя ему сосредоточиться на стратегических направлениях и развитии бизнеса.

Должностные обязанности:

  • Администрирование и контроль документооборота отдела, ведение архива договоров и документов, поддержание его в актуальном состоянии.
  • Регистрация входящих счетов на оплату и контроль их своевременной оплаты; аккумулирование информации по входящим платежам от арендаторов; взаимодействие с финансовым и юридическим отделами при необходимости.
  • Сбор и структурирование информации по объектам недвижимости, подготовка отчетов на основе вводных данных от руководителя.
  • Фиксация договоренностей с партнерами и локальными провайдерами, контроль выполнения обязательств.
  • Ведение деловой переписки с коллегами смежных отделов, поставщиками услуг и контрагентами.
  • Мониторинг и актуализация новостей и аналитики рынка недвижимости (ОАЭ, ЮАР, Малайзия).
  • Выполнение повседневных поручений руководителя, помощь в организации встреч и командировок.
  • Сверка чеков и контроль хозяйственных расходов.

Требования:

  • Отличное знание английского языка (письменно и устно).
  • Уверенное владение Microsoft Office (в частности Power Point, Excel), Canva будет преимуществом.
  • Аналитический склад ума, внимательность к деталям.
  • Умение работать с большими объемами данных, обучаемость.
  • Самоорганизация, ответственность и способность работать как самостоятельно, так и в команде.
  • Развитые коммуникативные навыки.
  • Умение эффективно работать в режиме многозадачности и расставлять приоритеты.
