Role Overview:
As a French Retention Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing our customer relationships. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with French-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and minimize churn.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customers to improve our services and address any concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align retention strategies with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and proficient in English is an advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle customer issues with patience and creativity.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving team objectives.
