We're looking for a
Product Manager
to drive product growth and shape a scalable, intuitive experience for thousands of users worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain the product strategy and roadmap (AI agents, analytics, project management, UI/UX).
  • Run user research and collect insights to prioritize features.
  • Lead design and development teams to quickly launch and refine product functionality.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses.
  • Track and analyze key product metrics (onboarding, activation, retention, engagement, monetization).
  • Talk to customers, translate their needs into actionable scenarios.
  • Stay up to date with AI and project management trends and bring them into the product.
  • Ensure feature consistency and coherence across the platform.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and align the vision with leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role (SaaS or B2B background preferred).
  • Proven experience in product strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to test and validate hypotheses.
  • Deep understanding of product metrics and funnels.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • English proficiency sufficient for working with international clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UI/UX principles and collaboration with designers.
  • Basic SQL or BI knowledge for data validation.
  • Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppMetrica, or Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of B2B/B2C business models and custom development.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Sociocracy, or Holacracy.
  • Hands-on experience implementing project management software.
  • Technical background and interest in AI, machine learning, or automation.
  • Experience building long-term product roadmaps and business cases.
