On behalf of our client, we are seeking a results-driven
Product Manager
with proven experience in
sportsbook and online casino products
to join our growing iGaming team. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, and delivering exceptional user experiences that drive player engagement and revenue growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of sportsbook and casino ecosystems, regulatory compliance, and the competitive iGaming landscape.

Your Impact

  • Define and own the product roadmap for sportsbook and casino verticals, aligning with business strategy and market trends.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders (internal teams, partners, and players).
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback, continuously improving features and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and commercial teams to support player acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Act as the product evangelist, ensuring alignment and clear communication across teams.

You bring:

  • 3–5+ years' experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry is a must.
  • Proven track record in managing sportsbook and/or casino products.
  • Strong understanding of player journeys, UX/UI principles, and engagement mechanics in iGaming.
  • Familiarity with sports betting markets, odds management, RNG, live casino, and gamification trends.
  • Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with data-driven decision-making (KPIs, A/B testing, BI tools).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and responsible gaming frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Experience with third-party sportsbook or casino platform integrations.
