We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Forex Retention / Conversion Specialist
to join our dynamic team. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for financial markets, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, this role is for you

Your Responsibilities


• Engage with new and existing clients to enhance trading activity


• Convert leads into active traders and ensure a smooth onboarding process


• Build strong relationships through proactive communication (phone, chat, email)


• Provide clients with guidance on platforms, market updates, and trading conditions


• Identify clients' needs and offer tailored solutions to maximize retention


• Follow compliance procedures and maintain high-quality documentation


• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to conversion, retention, and trading volume

What We're Looking For


• Experience in Forex, CFDs, online trading, sales, or customer retention


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader – an advantage)


• Ability to explain market concepts clearly to clients


• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure


• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
