What you'll actually be doingYou'll become an expert on online casino and sportsbook services while helping customers via:
- Live chat
- Phone
You'll support players with:
- Account questions
- Payments & withdrawals
- Verification (KYC)
- Security checks
- Technical and gameplay questions
You'll also:
- Work closely with other departments to solve cases
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Spot patterns, risks and customer trends
- Contribute ideas to improve systems and customer experience

Requirements
What helps you succeed here- Fluent Norwegian (written & spoken)
- Good English
- Interest in sports, gaming or digital services
- You like solving problems and talking to people
- You can handle responsibility and make decisions
- Comfortable with shift work
