Are you passionate about making a positive impact? Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Responsible Gaming Analyst to strengthen their team in sunny Malta. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical skills with a real purpose - protecting players and promoting safe gaming practices.

  • Investigate player behaviour and identify potential signs of addiction
  • Reach out to at-risk players and provide appropriate support and guidance
  • Ensure underage players are blocked during the registration process
  • Assess self-excluded accounts and process potential refunds
  • Maintain and review case reports on a regular basis
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior stakeholders with detailed recommendations
  • Suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming procedures and workflows
  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of Responsible Gaming, including awareness initiatives and internal training

Requirements

  • You're fluent in Danish and confident in English, both spoken and written
  • You're genuinely interested in addiction psychology, regulations, and compliance
  • You're a great listener with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
