About the Role

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing, results-driven tech AI company headquartered in Cyprus with a dynamic team and proven leadership, we're looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven
Social Media Manager
to take ownership of the social channels and help amplify their brand, grow audience, and drive engagement and conversions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to build a brand online, and is passionate about driving real results.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Plan and manage content calendars, including campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, growth) to develop creative assets and messages
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize content and strategy based on insights
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, platform updates, and industry best practices
  • Engage with our community across platforms, respond to comments/messages, and grow our presence
  • Coordinate with influencers, partners, and relevant external stakeholders when needed
  • Support paid social campaigns and align organic content with performance marketing initiatives

You bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth company
  • Proven ability to grow social channels and drive measurable engagement
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English and a strong eye for visuals and branding
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
  • Data-oriented mindset – comfortable with analyzing and reporting on social performance
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Bonus: experience with paid social, influencer marketing, or content creation (e.g., video editing, Reels, etc.)
