Som VIP account manager på vårat bolag är det din uppgift att:

  • Assistera och ta hand om VIP kunders frågor på ett effektivt och noggrant sätt.
  • Överse klienters prestation och proaktivt ta kontakt med nya kunder för att förhöja resultat.
  • Göra internationellt utgående säljsamtal, ta kontakt med grupper av klienter inom utgivet portfolio.
  • Överse klient aktiviteter, kontakta kunder för att försäkra att de har en positiv kundupplevelse.
  • Göra det lilla extra för att försäkra sig om dina klienternas tillfredsställelse med samarbetet.

Din bakgrund

  • Flytande i Svenska och Engelska
  • Erfarenhet inom sälj och kundservice
