Here's what you'll be doing 

As our Salesforce Administrator you'll play a critical role in ensuring our internal teams operate efficiently through a well-optimized CRM system. You'll support and improve our Salesforce environment, helping drive productivity and data accuracy across departments. From handling day-to-day user requests to supporting strategic automation and system enhancements, your work will directly impact how Intergo Telecom scales and serves its customers.

You'll get to:

  • Drive the implementation and customization of Salesforce features and ensure their adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions within Salesforce to support workflows, approval processes, and automations
  • Set up and manage integrations (e.g., with Jira, Freshdesk, SMS/Voice platform)
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity within the Salesforce platform
  • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices to ensure optimal performance of the platform
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize Salesforce utilization
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users across the organization
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions within Salesforce

Requirements

You need these qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a Salesforce Support/Admin role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on documenting processes and sharing knowledge across teams
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Apex (reading/debugging) or experience working with developers
  • Experience with data loading tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)
  • Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows), with an emphasis on building clean, modular, and scalable automations
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required
