experienced Office Assistant
to join our
engineering team
and support daily operations and project coordination.

Salary:
€1,300 – €1,500 (depending on experience)

What You'll Do

  • Support engineers and project managers with documentation and coordination
  • Review design and tender documents
  • Prepare technical submittals, quotations, and material orders
  • Handle correspondence with clients and suppliers
  • Arrange travel and logistics for project activities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
    in a related field
  • Experience in a
    similar engineering or office role
  • Familiarity with
    AutoCAD or other design tools
  • Excellent communication in
    Greek and English
  • Organised, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver's licence
    required
