in Paphos.

Our client is a fast-growing construction development firm based in Paphos, Cyprus, entering the market with a bold vision: to redefine modern Mediterranean living through timeless architecture, quality craftsmanship, and intelligent design. With a focus on premium residential projects, they are building more than homes — they are shaping vibrant communities.

We are seeking a skilled and driven Site Engineer/Manager to lead the day-to-day construction operations of our client's residential projects in Paphos. This is a leadership role for a professional who thrives in the field, has a sharp eye for quality, and can manage teams with clarity and precision. You will be directly responsible for the execution, safety, and timely delivery of our client's developments.

Benefits

    Monday to Friday 07:30–16:00 (flexible), with limited hours on Saturdays when required

  • Salary Range:
    €2,500 – €4,000

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all daily site activities
  • Supervise subcontractors, site crews, and technical staff
  • Ensure compliance with project schedules, plans, and specifications
  • Conduct quality checks and enforce safety standards
  • Manage material deliveries, stock levels, and on-site logistics
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve issues effectively
  • Prepare site reports and provide regular progress updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience, we are open to considering candidates with more years of experience for the managerial position
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawings
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
