Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone with a
flair for interior design and an eye for creating inspiring spaces
. Guide clients through products, create inspiring solutions, and deliver a
wow customer experience
. Ideal for
creative, personable, and client-focused professionals.
Help them bring their vision and aesthetic to life.

The role combines sales expertise with
design awareness
to deliver excellent customer experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage showroom visitors, creating a
    warm, inspiring, and professional experience
  • Consult with clients to
    understand their design vision, space requirements, and aesthetic preferences
  • Present and recommend products and solutions, demonstrating how offerings can
    enhance style, functionality, and atmosphere
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure a
    seamless client journey
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining
    exceptional showroom presentation
  • Maintain showroom displays to reflect
    current trends and design inspiration
  • Stay up to date with
    industry developments, market trends, and new product innovations

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about
    interior design and lifestyle solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a
    client-focused mindset
  • Creative, energetic, and able to
    translate client ideas into tangible design solutions
  • Sales experience, ideally in
    retail, interiors, or design-focused environments
  • Proficient in
    Greek and English
    , with good computer skills

Added Value:

  • Knowledge of interior /fashion, trends, and colour combinations
  • Familiarity with interior design or architectural drawings
  • SAP software knowledge
