Grow- t is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Conversion Agent for their Limassol office.

Position: Conversion Agent

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote the company's products and service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
  • Increase opportunities of attaining future sales
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
  • Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Spanish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous phone-based sales experience, from any industry
  • No previous Forex experience required
  • Ability to influence and persuade others, with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar industry or environment
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets, motivated by performance metrics, and driven to deliver results
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
  • Computer literate
  • Management and mathematics skills
