Your 'day to day'

  • :Support the implementation of the company's consumer engagement strategy across various touchpoints and platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and retentio
  • nConduct audience research and apply data-driven segmentation to tailor consumer programs and communications to different customer groups
  • .Coordinate and adapt brand campaigns to align with consumer needs and preferences across digital and physical channel
  • sAnalyze performance metrics, campaign reports, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of consumer engagement initiative
