Role Description

This is a full-time semi- hybrid role for a Private Executive Coordinator, based in Nicosia with the opportunity to work from home 5-6 days/per month. The Private Executive Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative and executive tasks for the Single Family Office, ensuring efficient organization and coordination. Responsibilities include scheduling and calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with personal tasks, handling communications, managing confidential information, and liaising with third parties, vendors, or other stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, planning, and multitasking
  • Experience with travel arrangements and event coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in standard office software and technology tools
  • Attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively
  • Prior experience in roles such as executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
