Purpose of Role/Summary:

As a Senior Behavioural Analyst, you'll apply behavioural science methodologies to shape and optimize next-generation investment products. Your insights will drive user engagement, responsible trading and conversion outcomes through strategic experimentation and design.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Conduct applied behavioural research - surveys, lab/field experiments, qualitative interviews - to uncover decision biases, risk misperceptions and enhance experience in trading contexts and deliver the results to relevant teams.
• Design and test behavioural interventions - e.g. encouragement factors (nudges), choice architecture, feedback loops - embedded into product features.
• Lead testing, user segmentation and analytics to validate effectiveness and scale high-impact design patterns.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, Risk and Compliance to align behavioural solutions with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Monitor post-launch performance: metrics may include trade quality, retention, high-risk behaviour reduction and user satisfaction.
• Act as an internal behavioural science consultant - hosting knowledge-sharing sessions and cross-functional workshops.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PMO-led product enhancement/ development projects.
• Work alongside project and product managers to monitor progress, manage scope, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Monitor products and ensure alignment with the regulatory and operational standards specific to the Financial Brokerage industry
• Create various reports showcasing deliverables, enhancements, and full product-related behavioural analysis.
• Adhering to any requests that are related to the above points while upholding the company's values (Ethics, Committed, Innovation) at the highest standards
• And any other duties as required by the role

Required Skills & Experience:

• Academic qualification in Behavioural Economics, Psychology, Behavioural Science or related discipline
• 3+ years relevant experience in applied behavioural science, behavioural economics, psychology or related fields - ideally in regulated financial services or fintech
• Fluent in English both written and spoken; Arabic will be considered an advantage
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing behavioural design in digital products
• Proficiency with both qualitative and quantitative research tools (e.g., SPSS, R/Python, survey platforms)
• Experience partnering with UI/UX design teams to integrate behavioural science
• Solid understanding of Financial Brokerage customer behaviour and risk contexts
• Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks governing financial markets trading and client protection
• Strong technical knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Creative multi-tasker with a strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively ideas and interpersonal skills amongst stakeholders and teams
• Problem-solving and research skills

• Working hours are 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
• The role is in Limassol, Cyprus
