Why this role matters

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide reliable data, meaningful insights, and analytical solutions. This includes developing dashboards and visualizations, preparing datasets and analytical reports, supporting A/B testing, and contributing to the creation of models that help detect fraud and improve verification efficiency. Your work will directly influence operational performance and strategic initiatives within the Payments and KYC domains.

The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do
  • To define/improve metrics representing the product's performance and operations efficiency
  • Collect data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
  • Clean, organize, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis.
  • To search for inefficiencies and suggest solutions
  • To assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing and modeling
  • To know well the data landscape and collaborate with Data Engineers to improve it
Who we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Experience working in Agile environments or collaborating with development teams is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with analytical databases (Vertica, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
  • Solid knowledge of Python (pandas, data manipulation, basic visualization, and common analytical/ML libraries).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance, and experiment evaluation.
  • Ability to build simple machine learning models (e.g., classifiers, scoring models, logistic regression, tree-based models) for analytical and operational use cases.
  • Ability to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Acting as a team player
  • Highly organized and rigorous thinker, able to solve problems diligently and creatively
