Providing media and PR support for a portfolio of corporate events, you will be identifying, targeting, and fulfilling media and association partnerships to drive exposure of our key event brands, as well as the

brand overall. This is a very exciting role within our expanding Marketing team, with potential for personal growth and career opportunities.
This is an in-person role located in our
Nicosia
office.
Key Responsibilities
- You will develop a fundamental understanding of each event, in various industries, in terms of content, delegate and sponsorship target audiences.
- Based on the above target audience, you will identify external partnerships with relevant media and associations that can provide promotional support within the intended target markets.
- Once identified, you will be responsible for media outreach and contracting, to negotiate marketing partnerships that provide mutual exposure for our events and our media partners.
- You will have full responsibility for the fulfillment of these partnerships, including but not limited to: developing copy for both electronic and printed promotion, press releases, email campaigns and social media channels.
- Ensure all content written is SEO friendly to achieve greater organic search results
- Collaborate with our sales teams to work towards generating revenue.
Qualifications
- EU passport-holder.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing is considered an advantage.
- 1 year experience in marketing, media & PR.
- Experience in using email campaign software would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in using advertising tools would be considered an advantage.
- Attention to detail, exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Must be a team player and also determined to achieve personal business.
- Fluent in English, other languages would be considered an advantage.
- SEO experience would be considered an advantage.
