Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Junior
Finance Associate
to join our Finance team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who has recently completed their studies in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field and is eager to start their career. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, while gaining hands-on experience with reconciliations and contributing to essential administrative tasks, such as preparing and organising financial records, handling supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate documentation from Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions between internal systems, banks, and PSPs.
  • Help identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data under supervision.
  • Collect, download, and organize invoices and statements from PSPs and other financial partners.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and reports.
  • Support the Finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide general administrative support related to finance and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. operations, affiliates) to resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Contribute to improving processes and increasing efficiency in reconciliation workflows.

Requirements

  • Recently completed degree (or final year student) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a career in finance/reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Internship or work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Operations.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation processes or financial systems.
  • Interest in the FinTech, Payments, or iGaming sector.
